Arlington Real Estate

Arlington County is the smallest county in Virginia, although it boasts the second largest principle city in the DC-Metro area.  With its immediate proximity to our nation’s capital, it has a reputation for being one of the most sought-after addresses in the country, especially as the federal government has concentrated much of its new development near transit facilities such as Arlington’s Metrorail stations and the high-volume bus lines of Columbia Pike.
Countless large businesses, college campuses and federal agencies have headquarters in Arlington, which is also home of the Pentagon, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and the Arlington National Cemetery.
In 2002, Arlington received the EPA’s National Award for Smart Growth Achievement for “Overall Excellence in Smart Growth.” A number of the county’s residential neighborhoods and larger garden-style apartment complexes are listed in the National Register of Historic Places and/or designated as local historic preservation districts, so having a real estate agent who knows the area well is critical to understanding each neighborhood’s characteristics and history.
As Northern Virginia natives, many of our Redux team members and their extended families have lived, worked, gone to school and grown up in Arlington. We can easily help you find the Arlington home or neighborhood that is perfect for you!
