New year, new you! A few years ago, I was in a dark place and not doing well. I was able to turn things around. I not only kept my resolutions, I made a lasting change in my life forever. Here are three of the most important changes that I’ve made in my life that have allowed me to live this way:

    1. Write down your goals. Write down the things that you want to accomplish in your life each day so that you can keep them in your mind. These should include goals for all aspects of your life: physically, spiritually, emotionally, and financially.

A few small changes can have a big impact.

    2. Drink a big glass of water each morning. One thing I figured out was that I was living my life in a constant state of mild dehydration. You might be too. Dehydration affects your mood and makes you feel lethargic. Getting hydrated right away in the morning has helped me out a lot.

    3. Create a consistent morning routine. Mine consists of writing down my goals, working out, reading the Bible, and having breakfast with my family. That feeds every part of my life that I mentioned in No. 1.

A few small changes made an immense impact on my life, and they could do the same for you. If you have any questions for me or need any more advice about keeping your new year’s resolutions this year, give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you.
